Assembly-related standards and data
1. The rated working torque of the transmission shaft assembly is 500N.m, and the guaranteed load > 1000N.m.
2. Rated speed range of transmission shaft assembly: 1800r/min~3500 r/min.
3. The specification of the universal joint is φ3598, and the swing angle of the universal joint is ≥25°; The transmission shaft spline expansion and contraction is ±25mm. 4. After assembly, the grease nozzle of the two universal coupling joints should be in the same direction as the grease nipple of the sliding fork. 5. After the two flange forks are assembled, the shaft intersection angle ≥± 23 °; The 4φ15 phase of the flange fork at both ends should be consistent, and the phase difference should not be >2.5°.
6. The dynamic balance implements the G40 standard, the unbalance at each end is ≤20g.cm, and the remaining unbalance is ≤30g.cm after leveling.
