5. The fastening of the drive shaft hanger should be checked frequently, whether the supporting rubber is damaged, whether the connecting parts of the drive shaft are loose, and whether the drive shaft is deformed.
6. In order to ensure the dynamic balance of the transmission shaft, you should always pay attention to whether the balance solder piece is desoldered. The new drive shaft assembly is provided as a match, and the assembly mark of the expansion sleeve should be paid attention to when the new drive shaft is loaded, and the flange fork should be guaranteed to be in a plane. When repairing and disassembling the transmission shaft, the assembly mark should be printed on the telescopic sleeve and the flange shaft to keep the original assembly relationship unchanged when reassembling.
7. Grease should be added to the universal joint cross bearing frequently, No. 3 lithium grease should be injected in summer, and No. 2 lithium grease should be injected in winter.
