The rough turning blank is placed on a lathe for precision processing, and the drive shaft rod is placed in a tempering furnace for low-temperature tempering. The cleaned drive shaft is clamped onto the machine tool. Laser irradiation hardening is applied to the rotor, and then rust prevention treatment is applied to the resulting product; It has the advantages of reasonable process, simple operation, stable operation, high production efficiency, high product qualification rate, and good molding quality.
